    Karl Zarse, MD

    Owner

    Dr. Zarse has been practicing medicine for over 20 years. Over the years, he has only grown more passionate about providing excellent care to his patients so they can get back to doing the things they love.

    In his free time, Dr. Zarse loves to golf, exercise, and spend time with his wife and two teenagers.

    Russell Harmony, NP

    Nurse Practitioner

    Russell has worked with Dr. Zarse for nearly 10 years; during that time, he has fostered wonderful patient relationships and built an environment in which patients feel heard. Russell is dedicated to taking excellent care of his patients and finding a solution to their pain.

    In his free time, Russell loves hunting, Jiu Jitsu, and collecting watches.

    Parker Olsen, PA-C

    Physician Assistant

    Parker is an Idaho native who previously worked in orthopedic surgery, which inspired him to join the team and help patients manage their pain.

    In his free time, Parker loves the outdoors and enjoys hunting and camping with his wife and dog.

    Hailey

    Office Manager

    As the office manager, Hailey takes pride in ensuring the office runs smoothly and delivers excellent patient experiences. Hailey loves her team and always does everything she can to support them and bring out the best in everyone.

    In her free time, Hailey loves to travel and spend time in the great outdoors with her dog!

    Billing Manager

    During her time in the billing department, Allie has become passionate and dedicated to creating and maintaining a revenue cycle where everything falls into place.

    In her free time, Allie loves to spend time outdoors with her fiancée, and hang out with her cat and rabbits!

  • Lauren, CPB

    Billing Assistant

    Lauren supports the coding and billing cycle to ensure proper reimbursement for services rendered to patients. Her years of experience in customer service and administrative support make her a dynamic part of the ISP team. Lauren loves to learn, and has become very passionate about maintaining a healthy revenue cycle and supporting the team.


    In her free time, Lauren loves spending time with her husband and dog adventuring in the mountains or exploring the world through the pages of a book from her couch.

    Amber

    Prior Authorization Specialist

    Amber has spent many years on the team as an expert prior authorization specialist, working hard to ensure every procedure is approved by insurance before check-in. She is very well-versed in insurance guidelines and serves as an invaluable member of the team by working with her colleagues to keep scheduling organized and minimize denied claims.

    When Amber isn’t working, she loves taking care of her mini farm and spending time with her husband and three children!

    Keely

    Medical Assistant

    Keely graduated from the University of Idaho with her B.S. in Medical Sciences in May of 2024. She aspires to be a Physician Assistant, and plans to continue her education to pursue her goal of working in medicine in the future!

    In her free time, she loves to crochet, play video games, and spend time with her husband.

    Medical Assistant

    Angela Lassen grew up in the small town of Moscow, Idaho in a close-knit family of 11, where she learned the love of teamwork and compassion. She enjoys staying active, living a healthy lifestyle and spending time with friends and family where she can share lots of good laughs.

    Angela attended college in St. George, Utah, and is excited to continue her journey toward becoming a Physician Assistant in the near future!

    Amaya is an Idaho native who recently graduated with her Bachelor’s degree and aims to pursue a career in nursing. Amaya loves helping others and finds fulfillment in a career path where she can do just that!

    In her free time, Amaya loves to stay active and spend time on the water with her friends and family.

  • Gryffin

    Medical Assistant

    Gryffin graduated from Boise State University with her Bachelor’s of Health Science in 2025 and aspires to become an orthopedic trauma surgeon! Gryffin loves to learn and is passionate about following a career path where she can help others in need.

    In her free time, Gryffin loves to spend time outdoors, fishing, hunting and riding her horses.
